Our client, a leading player in the PET and polyester industry, is looking for an experienced Customer Technical Service (CTS) professional to serve as the key link between customers, technical teams, Quality, and Plant Operations. You will support PET customers on technical matters, lead customer and ISO audits, drive data-based improvement through statistical analysis and Six Sigma, and make sure customer requirements are understood and met on the plant floor.
This role suits someone who is equally comfortable talking to customers, digging into plant and product data, and following through on audit findings until they are closed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline
- Approximately 12–20 years of relevant industry experience in one or more of: PET / Polyester, PET Preform, Petrochemical, or Continuous Process Chemical Industry
- Hands-on experience in Customer Technical Service / Technical Support, or in customer-facing Quality roles
- Experience handling customer audits and ISO audits, including quality systems and ISO documentation
- Solid knowledge of statistical analysis and statistical tools, plus Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement
- Experience in plant data analysis and reporting; proficient in MS Office
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
- Customer-oriented communication and good reporting skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and manage multiple customer and audit requirements at once

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Customer Technical Service (CTS) activities for PET customers
- Handle and coordinate customer technical audits and customer audits
- Coordinate ISO audits: prepare documents and records, and follow up until findings are closed
- Manage and maintain PET Group technical and quality documentation and audit records
- Work with Plant Operations, Quality, and other functions to address customer requirements, technical issues, and improvement actions
- Perform statistical analysis of plant and product data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Monitor plant data recording and reporting related to PET products and customer requirements
- Lead or coordinate Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects
- Support customer profiling and analysis of customer technical requirements
- Coordinate product allocation based on customer and product requirements
- Prepare and consolidate technical, quality, audit, and management reports
- Support other CTS-related activities and projects as required
