Job summary

Nityo Infotech Indonesia is seeking an experienced Customer Technical Service (CTS) professional to act as the primary link between customers, technical teams, Quality, and Plant Operations. You will support PET customers on technical matters, lead customer and ISO audits, and drive data-based improvements through statistical analysis and Six Sigma.

Ideal candidate has hands-on CTS experience, strong reporting skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally to meet customer requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage CTS activities for PET customers and coordinate related audits.
• Lead customer audits and ISO audits, with documentation and follow-up.
• Analyze plant and product data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare reports on technical, quality, and audit results.
• Work with Plant Ops, Quality, and other functions to address requirements.
