Job summary

PT MC PET FILM INDONESIA is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to manage customer inquiries, investigate complaints, and coordinate corrective actions. You will collaborate with multiple sections to ensure film quality, coordinate trials, and support supplier evaluations while maintaining ISO 9001 compliance and effective documentation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, SAP experience, fluent English, and strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience with SAP.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of PET film properties and quality parameters.
• Basic understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer information such as requirements, complaints, claims, technical matters, and customer audits.
• Investigate complaint/claim causes and coordinate corrective actions with related sections.
• Maintain close communication with customers, including customer visits when needed.
• Work with other sections to investigate issues and improve film quality.
• Coordinate product trials and report results to stakeholders.
• Support supplier evaluations and monitor material QA compliance.
• Monitor hold/product status to prevent incorrect deliveries and manage specifications.

Job description

Handle customer information such as requirements, complaints, claims, technical matters, and customer audits.

Investigate complaint/claim causes and coordinate corrective actions with related sections.

Maintain close communication with customers, including customer visits when needed.

Quality Improvement & Trial Support

Work with other sections to investigate issues and improve film quality.

Coordinate and control product trials, including preparing requirements, conducting meetings, and reporting results.

Supplier and Material Quality Control

Support supplier/vendor evaluations for raw and packaging materials based on QA standards.

Monitor and handle materials in the field to ensure compliance with the QA system.

Nonconforming / Hold Product Control

Monitor and assess hold product status to prevent incorrect delivery of nonconforming products.

Specification Management

Review purchase specifications and assess implementation feasibility.

Create, revise, and control internal film specifications based on customer and purchase requirements.

Reporting, Procedures, and Compliance

Prepare and maintain procedures to support smooth operations.

Report activity results, conditions, and progress to the Supervisor.

Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 activities and apply corporate compliance in daily work.

Teamwork and Support

Support the Supervisor in building a positive and disciplined work environment.

Coordinate effectively with other sections to ensure smooth section operations.

Perform other duties assigned by superiors within the required timeframe.

Job Requirements:

1. Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Science, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Science or any related field.

Preferably from Manufacturing Company.

Experience with SAP.

2. Technical Skills:

Microsoft Office.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Has knowledge of PET film properties and quality parameters.

Has basic understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems
