Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking a PET Film Spv / Process Engineer to oversee PET and BOPP film production, ensuring targets are met safely and cost-effectively.

You will lead extrusion, winding, and finishing, optimize parameters, manage quality and compliance with ISO/HSE, and mentor supervisors and operators in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or related field).
• 8-10 years of experience in plastic film manufacturing (PET / BOPP).
• Strong knowledge of extrusion and film production processes, MLCC Process.
• Experience in high-speed continuous production environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical ability and production KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control daily production activities for PET and BOPP film lines.
• Ensure production targets (volume, yield, efficiency) are achieved.
• Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with PPIC to align production schedules with customer demand.
• Supervise extrusion, stretching, winding, and finishing processes.
• Optimize machine parameters to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Lead troubleshooting for production and process-related issues.
• Ensure products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with QA/QC on quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with ISO, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor raw material usage (resin, additives); control waste; improve yield.
• Implement continuous improvement programs (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
• Lead and supervise supervisors, shift leaders, and operators.
• Develop workforce capability through training and performance evaluation.
• Foster a culture of safety, discipline, and teamwork.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1 Production Planning & Control

• Lead troubleshooting for production and process-related issues.

3 Quality & Compliance

• Ensure products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications.

• Maintain compliance with ISO, safety, and environmental standards.

4 Cost Control & Efficiency
