Qualifications

• 8–10 years as Lead in CP1 Poly and CP2 PET environments.
• Good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operations of CP1, CP2, SSP, and related systems (HTM, TOH).
• Troubleshoot CPs and SSP plant to minimize downtime.
• Maintain product quality across CPs and SSP lines; ensure safety of plant and personnel.
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance and process changes.
• Coordinate with Utilities for TOH operations, maintenance, and change-overs.
• Implement and maintain systems like ISO/OHSAS, Six Sigma, PSM, IVEX.

About the job Production Manager Poly / PET

Position: Production Manager Poly / PET Production (Poly or PET Manufacture in Tangerang)

Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for efficient operations of all CPs (CP1 & CP 2), SSP, EG Recovery, HTM Heater & TOH System
• Responsible for troubleshooting of all the CPs & SSP plant
• Responsible for quality of products from all CPs and SSP plant
• Reponsible for the safety of the plant, machinery and personnel and management and improvement of all the safety systems
• Coordination with engineering department for proper maintenance of equipment, process modification etc
• Coordination with Utility department for TOH operations, TOH maintenance & change-over
• Implementation and maintenance of systems like ISO/OHSAS/Six Sigma/ PSM/IVEX
• For CP1 Poly, Coordinate with downstream Filament team for Quality, performance, consumption and product change over and chips intake planning, maintaining inventory as per production plan
• For CP2 PET plant, Coordination with PET marketing for product changeovers, finished good inventory management, customer despatches and customer complaints
• Monthly reports preparations and circulation, attending meetings on plant performance
• Responsible for cost saving initiatives in the area
• Implementation of corporate guidelines (on operations, safety and general management)
