Job summary

Bali Garden Beach Resort seeks a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead dining operations on a beachfront property. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in a relevant field, strong English skills, and prior experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in managing large venues of at least 250 guests.

Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and a proactive attitude are essential, with immediate joining availability.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in a relevant field.

• Experience managing a restaurant or beach club with capacity of at least 250 pax.
• Strong leadership with ability to hit revenue targets.
• At least 1 year in the same role.
• Familiarity with VHP system is an advantage.
• Creative and able to propose ideas and strategies.

Qualifications :

• Min Diploma Degree in relevant study
• Excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written
• Minimum experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Have experience in manage Restaurant or Beach Club with minimum capacity of 250 pax
• Strong leadership skill and with target revenue achievement
• Minimal 1 year experience in the same position
• Familiar with VHP system will be an advantage
• Creative and come up with some ideas and strategies
