Job summary

BYD Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Asset Management Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of company assets, from procurement requests to SAP postings, ensuring accurate asset records and process compliance.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage daily asset operations (transfers, scrapping, stocktaking), support procurement and vendor management, and assist with expense reimbursement and ad-hoc admin tasks; Chinese language skills and HS K certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with fixed assets accounting and SAP posting.
• Proficient in procurement requests, goods receipt and inventory control.
• Ability to compile data and support ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle asset management processes including procurement requests, goods receipt, and SAP posting.
• Oversee daily asset operations: transfers, scrapping, and stocktaking; maintain asset master data.
• Coordinate with project owners and procurement leads for investments and e-commerce items.
• Handle cost and vendor management: reconciliations and contract updates.
• Support department expense reimbursement documentation and timely submissions.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support and meeting coordination as required by leadership.
• Preference for applicants who speak Chinese and have HS K certificates; experience in Chinese enterprises is valued.
