Job summary

An IT service provider in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking an Asset Management staff member to handle asset acquisition, lifecycle management, and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related fields, a minimum of 1 year of experience, and skills in communication and data management. Fluency in English is mandatory. Responsibilities

• Handle acquisition and identification of fixed assets to ensure accurate asset records.
• Oversee the asset lifecycle, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Maintain stock for lending facilities and resolve issues.
• Monitor systems, manage software licenses, and generate inventory reports.
• Manage and update configuration item data to support ITSM processes.

Job description

Handle acquisition and identification of fixed assets to ensure accurate asset records.

Oversee the asset lifecycle, including replacement, maintenance renewal, insurance, physical checks, disposal, and retirement, ensuring SLA compliance.

Maintain stock for lending facilities, resolve issues, and submit claims and inspection reports to meet SLAs.

Monitor systems, manage software licenses, and generate inventory reports to ensure hardware and software compliance.

Manage and update configuration item data, including attributes and CMDB master copies, to support ITSM processes.

Provide accurate service configuration data for audits.

Register and update configuration items regularly.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience as an Asset Management staff.

Required Skills: Strong communication, asset management, and data management abilities.

Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

Proactive, self-initiated, quick learner, and demonstrates strong analytical thinking.

Preferably has a background in IT/Computer Hardware or a related field.
