Job summary

Tisenergy in Indonesia seeks an Asset Management professional to maintain asset records, perform verifications, and support disposal and audits. You will monitor movements, prepare compliance reports, and coordinate with field teams to ensure accurate BMN and inventory control.

Strong Excel skills and bilingual capability are preferred. The role requires at least 3 years in asset management, a related bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Asset Management, Inventory Control, or Asset Compliance.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with PTK 007 SKK Migas and BMN regulations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage company asset records, including BMN, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Coordinate asset verification, reconciliation, tagging, and stocktaking activities.
• Support asset disposal (FUPP) processes and related documentation.
• Monitor asset movements, utilization, and condition to ensure accurate asset tracking.
• Prepare reports and documentation to support audits and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and field teams on asset management activities.
• Ensure compliance with PTK 007 SKK Migas and applicable government regulations.
• Perform other asset management duties as assigned.
