Job summary

BYD Company Limited in Subang, Indonesia seeks a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end supply chain system implementations. You will research demand, design solutions, configure systems, test, launch, train users and provide ongoing operation support.

You will gain deep insight into supply chain planning workflows, translating client requirements into robust information-system configurations and interfaces, while coordinating with business and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or above in a related field such as Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, CS/IT, Information Management or Information Systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation and delivery of supply chain systems, including demand research, solution design, configuration, testing and launch, plus user training and post-launch support.
• Develop insights into supply chain planning workflows and tailor IS solutions to client requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional business and IT teams to resolve issues and advance project progress.
• Prepare training materials and deliver system training for key users and end-users to ensure proficient operations.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigations, conduct post-launch reviews and capture best practices for future deliveries.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple project modules or small projects independently and on-site when required.
