Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an organized administrative professional to support full life cycle asset management, procurement, and cost control. You will handle asset records, SAP postings, and daily operations within the EAM system.

Key duties include coordinating with project owners, managing vendor invoices, and ensuring timely expense reimbursements, with a preference for candidates who speak Chinese and hold HSK certificates.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset lifecycle processes including procurement, receipt, and asset posting.
• Familiar with asset data accuracy and SAP posting for fixed assets.
• Ability to coordinate procurement requests and vendor invoices.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle asset management from procurement to SAP posting.
• Daily asset operations including transfers, scrapping, stocktaking, and data updates.
• Coordinate with project owners and division leads on investment plans and procurement.
• Cost and vendor management: reconcile invoices, process payments, manage contracts.
• Department expense reimbursement: collect, review funding documents.
• Ad-hoc administrative support and data compilation as assigned.
• Preference for candidates who speak Chinese and hold HSK certificates; experience in Chinese enterprises preferred.
