Job summary

Cognex Corporation seeks a Manager, Account Development to lead a regional ADR team across Korea, Japan, China and India, located in ASEAN (preferably Thailand). This player-coach role blends people leadership with hands-on outbound execution to drive pipeline.

You will split time 50/50 between coaching the team and delivering measurable account engagement, aligned with ABM strategies, AI-enabled tools, and field collaboration to win priority accounts in a complex industrial market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales/account development in tech or industrial automation.
• Experience in matrixed Asian markets (Korea, Japan, China, India).
• Fluent English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a regional ADR team across multiple markets.
• Drive outbound ABM campaigns and manage KPIs with field teams.
• Oversee AI automation tools usage and data integrity in CRM.
