Job summary

SmartDev in Vietnam-based AI-powered software development company is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise AI solutions across the APAC region. You will translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes and build a strong pipeline.

As an individual contributor, you will identify prospects, conduct consultative discovery, and close five- to six-figure deals with CTOs, CDOs, and other executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B solution sales, with AI/ML services experience.
• Proven track record closing five- to six-figure deals.
• Able to articulate AI concepts and ROI to CTOs/CDOs.
• Experience selling to CTOs, CDOs and business leaders.
• Hunter mentality with cold outreach and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential enterprise accounts across APAC.
• Build and manage a 12-month AI opportunities pipeline.
• Lead consultative discovery mapping pain points to AI solutions.
• Structure complex contracts (POCs, pilots, managed services).
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Marketing on collateral.
• Influence product roadmaps with voice of the customer.
