Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth across multinational accounts in Asia (excluding Indonesia). Operating as an assistant manager-level individual contributor, you will identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships in manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of B2B sales, account management, or BD experience.
• Proven success in new business acquisition.
• Strong professional network across Asia, with multinational contacts.
• Experience managing relationships with major customers in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors.
• Background in industrial equipment, machinery, plastics, pumps, automation is highly preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional Asian language is a plus.

• Identify, develop, and acquire new multinational accounts across Asia
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Drive new business development and expand opportunities with existing customers
• Manage strategic accounts and long-term engagement
• Develop and execute account plans to hit sales targets

• Monitor market trends and opportunities across Asia
• Maintain strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates and forecasts
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events
