Job summary

Travel is required for client sites; you’ll learn AISensum’s AI systems and explain them to clients while growing into senior roles in client solutions, strategy or product. Hybrid work with on-site days is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in account management or related roles.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, spoken and written.
• Strong business sense with understanding of P&L.
• Excellent follow-through with many requests and deadlines.
• Comfortable with numbers, reports and dashboards.
• Will travel domestically and internationally with a valid passport.
• Willing to learn AI products and explain them.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications and meetings.
• Understand client goals and translate into clear requirements.
• Coordinate with Design and Development to plan solutions.
• Define user flows, reports and business metrics.
• Review UI and product designs for client fit.
• Support testing, rollout and go-live.
• Travel to client sites for meetings and on-site support.
• Maintain accurate meeting notes and client logs.
