Job summary

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales supervisor in distribution, beverage sector preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a wide business network in Pekanbaru.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly targets for Channel LMT and KPI measures including behavior, revenue, collection, and service level.
• Maintain accuracy of customer data master and ensure selling steps are followed by FSR.
• Develop proximity relationships with customers and monitor service levels MT and FS.
