Job summary

Madame Gie Cosmetics is seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive sales, market share, and channel growth across Modern Trade, General Trade, and E-Commerce. The role requires leadership to ensure flawless in-store execution and close collaboration with Sales, Brand Marketing, and Finance teams.

You will monitor market trends, ROI on promotions, and distributor activities while managing budgets and promotional calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in Trade Marketing, Sales or Brand Marketing with 1–2 years in a supervisory role, preferably FMCG/ Cosmetics.
• Strong understanding of Modern Trade, General Trade, distributor management, category management, and retail execution.
• Proven experience planning and executing trade promotions, merchandising, and in-store marketing activities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, and measure promotion ROI.

• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate planogram compliance, product availability, pricing, and merchandising standards.
• Prepare periodic reports, analyze business performance, and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Brand Marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty, or Consumer Goods.


• Strong understanding of Modern Trade, General Trade, distributor management, category management, and retail execution.


• Proven experience in planning and executing trade promotions, merchandising, and in-store marketing activities.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, and measure promotion ROI.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools; experience with BI tools is an advantage.


• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Target-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.


• Willing to travel for market visits and business reviews.
