PT Citarasa Kuliner Indonesia (Cimol Bojot AA) seeks an Area Supervisor to monitor and optimize sales operations at outlets across Jakarta. You will track daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure service standards and SOP compliance while coaching partners to improve performance.

The role requires at least 2 years in F&B area supervision, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of area supervisor experience in F&B.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and provide solutions.
• Willing to work mobile and cover multiple outlets.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Monitor and review sales operations at outlets, including monitoring achievement of daily/weekly/monthly targets, overseeing implementation of service standards and SOP compliance, coaching operational partner performance and discipline, controlling operational needs and coordinating logistics fulfillment, reporting outlet and kiosk performance regularly, and providing recommendations for process improvements to ensure achievement of sales targets, service quality, and operational efficiency in the area of responsibility.

About you

Minimum 2 years of experience as an area supervisor in F&B, particularly in restaurants or food outlets

Ability to operate Microsoft Office

Able to analyse sales report data and provide solutions to existing problems

Willing to work mobile

Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
