• Sales & Target Achievement: Driving sales volume and revenue targets for assigned Food Service outlets (especially for Café, Bakery, Institusi, Hawkers), ensuring maximum product availability
• Team Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and training Sales Executive to meet performance standards
• Nurturing relationships with key operators/outlets to secure better product used and resolve issues
• Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing daily/weekly/monthly sales data to provide insights for improving performance
