Job summary

Panna Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple outlets in Jakarta. You will lead and coach Outlet Managers, monitor performance, and ensure consistent service quality across all locations.

The role requires strong financial acumen, travel between outlets, and a proactive approach to team development. Weekend and public holiday work is expected, with a driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B restaurants.
• At least 2 years as an Area Manager or multi-outlet Outlet Manager.
• Solid understanding of P&L, food cost, and labor cost.
• Willing to travel between outlets (PIK-BSD).
• Has own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
