Panna Hospitality Group in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple F&B outlets. You will lead and coach Outlet Managers, drive sales, control costs, and ensure service standards across all locations.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality or Management, 5+ years in F&B, and willingness to travel between outlets. You must be able to work weekends and holidays and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Management is required.
• Proven ability to lead and develop outlet teams.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, food cost, and labor cost.
• Excellent communication and people development skills.
• Willingness to travel between outlets (PIK-BSD) and work weekends/holidays.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in F&B restaurants
• At least 2 years as an Area Manager or a multi-outlet Outlet Manager
• Solid understanding of P&L, food cost, and labor cost
• Strong leader who enjoys developing people
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Willing to travel between outlets (PIK-BSD)
• Has own vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
