Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in automotive or two/three-wheeler sectors.
• Minimum 4–5 years in a similar sales role.
• Strong understanding of trade marketing and dealer management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relation skills.
• Results-driven with track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficient with sales tools and MS Office.
• Able to work independently and manage a territory with travel.
• Willing to travel regularly within East Java or West Java.
• Knowledge of Indonesian automotive market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for East Java or West Java to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
• Conduct field visits and market assessments to spot opportunities and trends.
• Provide product knowledge training and sales support to dealers and teams.
• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategy.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence regularly.
• Coordinate promotional activities to boost product visibility and sales.
• Address customer complaints promptly to maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to implement campaigns.
