Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, channel sales, distributor management, or retail sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive sell-out.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Good understanding of inventory, stock management, and channel operations.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willing to travel extensively within East Java.
