Responsibilities

• 1. Sales & Target Achievement – Responsible for achieving sales targets across the assigned area through distributors, master dealers, and retail stores in line with company objectives.
• 2. Distributor & Master Dealer Management – Build and maintain strong business relationships, monitor sales performance, and ensure optimal stock availability and target achievement across distributors and master dealers.
• 3. Retail Store Development – Expand retail networks, improve store productivity, and ensure effective execution of sales programs, promotions, and merchandising activities at retail outlets.
• 4. Market Expansion & Coverage – Identify new business opportunities, expand distribution networks, and increase market penetration across the assigned territory.
• 5. Team Management & Performance Monitoring – Lead, coordinate, and evaluate the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and achievement of business targets.
• 6. Market Analysis & Business Strategy – Analyze market trends, competitor activities, sales performance, and customer needs to develop effective business strategies and drive sustainable sales growth.
