Job summary

Sunshine Food International is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee multiple outlets across the Greater Jakarta area, ensuring operational excellence and driving business growth. You will lead and develop Unit Managers, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs and service standards.

In this role you will manage budgets, analyze sales and financial data, and implement improvements to achieve revenue targets and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B / service operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple outlets or client sites (multi-unit management).
• Preferably experienced in B2B operations (hospital, corporate catering, institutional services).
• Strong understanding of service contracts, SLA, and client relationship management.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets, profitability, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and people management skills (coaching, development, and performance management).
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports, KPIs, and financial data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal & external clients).
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willing to travel across assigned areas / client locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets across the Greater Jakarta area.
• Ensure all operations comply with SOPs, contractual agreements, and service standards.
• Monitor unit performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Execute client programs, promotions, and operational initiatives.
• Achieve revenue targets, profitability, and cost efficiency across units.
• Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and financial data to drive performance.
• Manage budgets and optimize resource utilization across sites.
• Lead, coach, and develop Unit Managers and site teams.
• Support end-to-end recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Maintain hygiene standards and product quality across sites.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Handle escalated client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare regular business reviews and operational reports for management.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to support business needs.
