Job summary

PT INDOCATER is seeking an Area Operation Manager to oversee all operational activities across multiple work units, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability within the approved budget. You will drive QHSE programs, budgeting, and system implementations while coordinating with departments to optimize performance.

The role requires at least a D3 in Hotel Management or Catering, 5+ years in catering with 2 years in a similar role, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Active command of English (spoken and written).
• Mastery of human resource management.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000; ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of HACCP, IAD and HIADC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operational QHSE activities run according to program and maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
• Create annual budgets for supervised/managed units and revise as needed.
• Implement all company-determined management systems (safety, quality, food safety, halal and environment).
• Supervise subordinate work to ensure smooth operations with HSE targets met.
• Monitor daily operational activities of relevant units according to budgeted targets.
• Resolve complaints related to clients or operational issues in accordance with company policy.
• Oversee implementation of systems and operational procedures according to requirements.
• Coordinate, monitor and control all operational activities with relevant departments.
• Evaluate subordinate performance regarding overall operations and report to Head of Operation.
• Conduct regular employee development to improve capability, quality and personal competence.
