Job summary

Modinity Group in Indonesia is seeking an Area Operations Coordinator to lead and optimize store operations across Jawa Barat, including Bandung and Cirebon. You will bridge HQ and field teams to drive sales targets and maintain brand execution.

You will oversee multiple stores, monitor performance, and collaborate with training, merchandising, visual merchandising, logistics, and marketing to implement programs. Frequent travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations with supervisory responsibilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stores and teams effectively.
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and performance analysis tools.
• Proven experience in doing data analysis for generating insights and boost stores performance.
• Has good leadership and mentoring skills.
• Willing to frequently travel for work.

Responsibilities
