Job summary

PT Lock & Lock Indonesia is seeking an experienced Area Manager (Store Operations) to oversee day-to-day store activities across multiple locations in South Jakarta. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, achieving commercial targets, and maintaining brand standards.

You will lead and develop SPG/SPB teams, manage inventory, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in management or related field and has 5–7 years in retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years in retail operations or store management.
• Experience managing multiple stores and SPG/SPB teams.
• Ability to train SPG/SPB in product knowledge, sales and service standards.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned store locations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Monitor KPIs including sales targets, profitability, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Lead, develop, and motivate store teams, including recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess operational efficiency, product display, cleanliness, and staff conduct.
• Implement and drive promotional campaigns, merchandising initiatives, and marketing activities to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and supply chain coordination across multiple locations.
• Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring resolution that maintains customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare and present accurate reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and area performance to senior management.
• Control operational costs and expenditure while maintaining service quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to support business objectives.
