Job summary

Outlet 23 in Jakarta seeks a proactive Area Manager to lead multiple outlets in the Jakarta region. You will drive sales targets, ensure profitability, and monitor KPI performance while maintaining strict inventory control and product availability.

You will supervise and develop Store Managers, analyze outlet performance, and implement improvement strategies to sustain growth across all outlets in your portfolio. Placement in Jakarta Area is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably as an Area Manager in retail industry.
• Experience managing multiple outlets, preferably in bottle shops, liquor retail, or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, inventory control, and operational management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Placement in Jakarta Area.
