Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of an assigned retail store. You will ensure sales targets, operational standards, and a premium customer experience while guiding a high-performing sales team.

The role requires a minimum Bachelor's Degree and 3–5 years in retail management, with willingness to work shifts, including weekends, and to be stationed at stores across Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or store management.
• Proven track record of achieving retail sales targets.
• Experience leading sales teams and driving performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer relationship skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising and inventory management.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong organizational skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the assigned store to ensure smooth execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through planning and coaching.
• Supervise, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize performance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback and evaluations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and premium experience.
• Oversee displays, merchandising, cleanliness and visual presentation.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Prepare operational and sales reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, pricing policies, and promotions.
• Coordinate with Area Managers and departments for improvements.
• Conduct team meetings and product knowledge sessions.
