Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as Area Manager/Multi-Store Manager in retail.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or F&B retail preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and supervising large teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel across Jakarta stores.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple stores.
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and store profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards execution.
• Analyze sales trends and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Maintain strong operational compliance and inventory management.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HR, VM, and Operations.
