Job summary

Arka Group - Lifestyle seeks an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Jakarta outlet. You will ensure smooth workflow, maintain service standards, and drive performance with the team.

Lead, coach, and schedule staff, monitor stock, and support budgeting while upholding hygiene and guest experience. This role requires weekend/holiday shifts and strong ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Min. 2–3 years experience as Outlet Manager (Lifestyle restaurant is a must).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good understanding of operational flow, service standards, and basic P&L.
• Able to work under pressure and lead a team during peak hours.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
