Job summary

Manage and oversee operations across Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, and NTB while being based in Makassar.

Coordinate with local teams, drivers, partners, and other operational stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.

Monitor operational performance, identify issues, and follow up on operational gaps across assigned areas.

Support the implementation of operational procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.

Maintain regular communication and coordination with teams across different regions.

Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support performance monitoring and decision-making.

Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions to improve service quality and efficiency.

Support other operational and business requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

Previous experience in operations, area management, logistics, fleet, or a similar role is preferred.

Experience handling multi-area or regional operations is highly preferred.

Familiar with operational characteristics, business environments, and local conditions in Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, and/or NTB.

Strong coordination and communication skills, especially when working with teams across different regions.
