• Familiar with Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, and NTB local conditions.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across regions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable with operational data and reports.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple areas.
• Willing to be based in Makassar and support regions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities for the Scheduled Instant squad.
• Manage and oversee operations across Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, and NTB from Makassar.
• Coordinate with local teams, drivers, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure service delivery.
• Monitor performance, identify issues, and follow up on gaps.
• Support implementation of procedures and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain regular communication with teams across regions.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Identify challenges and provide solutions to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Support other operational and business requirements as needed.
