Job summary

Dash Electric is seeking an Operations Coordinator based in Jakarta to oversee daily activities for the Scheduled Instant squad across the city. You will coordinate with local teams, drivers, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

You will monitor performance, identify gaps, implement procedures, and analyze data to support decisions. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Previous experience in operations, area management, logistics, fleet management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience handling multiple operational areas or coordinating regional operations is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Jakarta's operational landscape, local business environments, and logistics conditions.
• Strong coordination and communication skills when working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta and conduct field visits as required.
