PT Xanhsm Green And Smart Mobility Indonesia in Makassar seeks a 4W Vehicle Management Specialist to develop maintenance plans, monitor servicing, and coordinate insurance claims for assigned vehicles.

You will perform periodic inspections, secure vehicle keys, and ensure accurate records while engaging with internal teams, workshops, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Logistics, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle management or fleet operations.
• Experience with 4W vehicle management is highly preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication with internal teams and vendors.

Develop maintenance plans and monitor vehicle maintenance and servicing activities for assigned 4W vehicles.

Coordinate with insurance providers on vehicle insurance claims and ensure all required documentation is properly processed.

Conduct periodic inspections to monitor vehicle condition, safety, and operational readiness.

Coordinate and carry out vehicle retrieval when necessary.

Manage and control vehicle keys, including key distribution, collection, and record keeping.

Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and follow up on any maintenance or repair issues.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle condition, maintenance, insurance claims, and key management.

Coordinate with internal teams, workshops, and external vendors to ensure smooth vehicle management operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Logistics, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle management, fleet management, automotive, transportation, or related industries.

Experience managing 4W vehicles is highly preferred.

Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspection processes.

Familiar with vehicle insurance claims and documentation.

Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external vendors.

Detail-oriented and organized, especially in managing vehicle records and documentation.

Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Willing to work in an operational environment and conduct field visits when required.
