Job summary

Prudential Indonesia invites a proactive Learning & Development Assistant to join PRUuniversity in Jakarta Selatan for a 6-month internship. You will support programs, manage logistics, collect data, and help deliver engaging training and campus activities while developing hands-on skills in L&D.

Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and eager to contribute to employee engagement initiatives within a leading financial services group.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools.
• Experience in handling events, at least at the campus level.
• Active participation in campus organizations (minimum internal campus involvement).
• Basic creative design skills are a plus.
• Ability to speak and write in English.
• Willing to commit to a 6-month contract period.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and implementation of PRUuniversity Learning & Development initiatives.
• Assist PRUuniversity projects and events as needed.
• Gather and process learning data as required.
• Coordinate end-to-end learning programs: scheduling, enrollment, room booking, logistics, attendance and feedback.
• Assist employee engagement activities like WAO, wellbeing, cultural workshops and campaigns.

Job description

• Support the administration and implementation of Learning and Development initiatives in PRUuniversity
• Support PRUuniversity’s project and events as needed
• Gather, collect and process learning data as needed
• Coordinate end-to-end learning programs (scheduling, participant enrollment, room booking, fnb, logistics, and training administration, attendance & feedback, after event poster, database, learning report)
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and culture initiatives, such as Workout at Office (WAO), wellbeing activities, cultural workshops, employee campaigns, and company engagement events.
