Job summary

Prudential Indonesia (PT Prudential Life Assurance) is offering a full‑time internship in the HRIS team. You will maintain employee data in the HRIS, handle daily transactions, and validate data with Excel and Power BI. Canva is preferred for design tasks and reporting visuals.

You will support day‑to‑day HRIS operations, answer employee inquiries, and help prepare monthly headcount data while contributing to ongoing HRIS projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Familiarity with Canva for design is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Employee data maintenance in HRIS, ensuring accuracy of records.
• Process daily HR transactions in the HRIS such as hires and terminations.
• Data input and validation in HRIS to ensure integrity.
• Assist daily HRIS team operations and respond to employee inquiries.
• Prepare monthly internship headcount, termination, and new hire data.
• Support HRIS projects and process improvement initiatives.

Job description

• Employee Data Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records in the HRIS, including personal information, job details, and employment history.
• Manage Daily Transactions in HR System: Process daily HR transactions such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers within the HRIS.
• Data Input & Validation in HR System: Perform data entry and validation tasks in the HR system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Assist with Day-to-Day Operations of the HRIS Team: Provide support in the daily operations of the HRIS team, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of HRIS processes including responding to employee inquiries.
• Monthly Report: Prepare and provide data on internship headcount, termination and new hires.
• Support HRIS Team with Ongoing Projects: Collaborate with the HRIS team on various projects.
• Support Process Improvement Initiatives: Assist in identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and support automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data quality.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00
• Detail-oriented and happy to work with data
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel (a must)
• Familiarity with using Canva for design is preferable
