Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools.
• Experience in handling events, at least at the campus level.
• Active participation in campus organizations.
• Basic creative design skills are a plus.
• Ability to speak and write in English.
• Willing to commit to a 6-month contract period.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and implementation of Learning and Development initiatives in PRUuniversity.
• Support PRUuniversity's project and events as needed.
• Gather, collect and process learning data as needed.
• Coordinate end-to-end learning programs (scheduling, participant enrollment, room booking, fnb, logistics, and training administration, attendance & feedback, after event poster, database, learning report)
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and culture initiatives, such as Workout at Office (WAO), wellbeing activities, cultural workshops, employee campaigns, and company engagement events.
