Job summary

Yayasan Sungai Watch Indonesia seeks a People & Culture professional to design and implement structured learning and development programs for employees in Bali. The role emphasizes building learning journeys, IDPs, mentoring, and evaluating progress to drive leadership development.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in P&C/HR/OD, strong frameworks knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills to partner with managers across functions. English skills are a plus for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in People & Culture, HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in Learning & Development frameworks, including competency development, learning journeys, IDPs, mentoring/coaching, and development evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with employees and managers across different functions.
• Analytical and highly organized, with the ability to turn people and performance data into practical insights and follow-up actions.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage, particularly for working with international stakeholders and preparing professional documents or learning materials.

Responsibilities
