Job summary

Jubelio is seeking an HR Data & Analytics enthusiast in Jakarta to build dashboards and track key HR metrics using Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools. You will support people analytics, reporting, and talent processes with data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates are final-year undergraduates or recent graduates in HR or data-related fields, proficient in Excel, comfortable with Power BI/Tableau/SQL, and able to communicate in English with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate or recent graduate in HR, statistics, or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a strong plus.
• Strong written and spoken English for presenting data-driven findings.
• Detail-oriented with strict data confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• HR Data & Dashboards: build dashboards to track turnover, recruitment, and performance.
• People Analytics: analyze engagement, feedback, and exit data to spot trends.
• Process & Reporting: generate weekly/monthly HR reports and automate tasks.
• Talent Support: track hiring metrics and maintain candidate pipelines.

• HR Data & Dashboards: Clean, organize, and maintain HR databases; build visual dashboards (using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools) to track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment pipeline, performance).
• People Analytics: Assist in analyzing employee feedback, engagement scores, and exit interviews to spot trends and present clear, actionable insights.
• Process & Reporting: Generate weekly/monthly HR reports for leadership and automate recurring spreadsheet tasks to streamline team workflows.
• Talent Support: Support recruitment and onboarding workflows by tracking hiring metrics and keeping candidate pipelines organized.
• Special Projects: Participate in ad-hoc HR projects, such as organizational mapping, compensation benchmarking, or process optimization.

• Education: Final-year undergraduate student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Data & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas). Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a strong plus.
• English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present data-driven findings clearly.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy when handling data, with a strong commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of personal information.
