Job summary

Bosch is offering a full-time paid internship for college students in Jakarta to support HR reporting, dashboards, and automation initiatives. You will work with Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Copilot to streamline HR processes and drive digital transformation.

This 3–6 month program requires active student status and provides hands-on experience with automation and AI tools. You will collaborate with HR teams on onboarding, workforce reporting, and learning

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Basic understanding of automation and workflow concepts.
• Familiar with Microsoft ecosystem tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot, SharePoint, Excel automation such as Power Query, VBA, or scripting).
• Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to explore innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of regular HR reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Identify manual HR processes that can be improved through automation.
• Assist in developing automation solutions using Microsoft tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Copilot).
• Support testing and implementation of HR automation projects.
• Explore and apply AI solutions to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
• Analyze existing HR workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Support the creation of documentation and user guides for automation solutions.
• Support HR digital transformation projects, including onboarding, workforce reporting, and learning administration.

• Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.

Additional Information

• Full-time paid internship
• For 3-6 months period
• Open for COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY (will not graduate during the internship program)
