Job summary

Genotype Health is hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimise campaigns across Australia and Indonesia. You will work with AI-driven tools, build creative assets, and ensure compliance with health-advertising rules.

You’ll drive analytics, performance, and brand consistency across channels. You’ll collaborate with local and international teams to plan multi-channel campaigns, manage social and ecommerce listings, and continuously improve conversion and ROI.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in digital marketing, multi-channel experience across markets.
• Hands-on across paid, organic, email and social channels.
• Comfortable using AI marketing/design tools and adopting new ones.
• Strong design skills to produce assets independently.
• Able to set up tracking and turn analytics into decisions.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimise the digital marketing plan across Australian and Indonesian markets.
• Plan, build, launch and optimise multi-channel campaigns (search, social, email, WhatsApp).
• Create messaging and creative that is warm, engaging, and on-brand.
• Manage social media accounts and ecommerce channels (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
• Maintain analytics, tracking, and reporting across campaigns.
• Produce graphics and landing pages for partner and affiliate campaigns.
