Job summary

Summits Group Indonesia is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Instagram/Facebook), with TikTok and Google as added channels. You will own end-to-end campaigns—from audience design to reporting and budget management—supported by an AI agent that drafts insights and proposes changes which you approve.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of performance marketing experience with Meta Ads as the main platform.
Ability to design a fresh audience structure and explain its rationale.
Strong data literacy and ability to identify trends over noise.
Strong written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English; Korean is a plus.
Proactive, ownership-minded, and collaborative across teams.

Responsibilities

Plan, build, and optimize Meta campaigns across Indonesian and global markets.
Design audiences with layered structures and run structured tests with multiple creatives.
Analyze funnel performance and adjust audience, creative, or budget accordingly.
Work with AI agent to review reports and refine proposals.
Report insights with data-backed requests to content teams and ensure attribution.
