Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a GenAI Influencer Marketing Manager in Indonesia to lead end-to-end influencer campaigns for beauty brands. You’ll identify voices—from macro to nano creators—while managing budgets, briefs, and partnerships to drive awareness, engagement, and commercial results.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, creative, and social teams, stay ahead of trends, and apply Gen AI tools to optimize planning, briefing, and reporting, ensuring compliance with platform

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading influencer campaigns, ideally in beauty/skincare.
• Strong knowledge of the beauty influencer landscape across platforms.
• Excellent budget management and creator brief development skills.
• Data-driven approach to performance reporting and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Campaign Development aligned to brand objectives and launches.
• Lead ideation from brief to activation with creative and commercial focus.
• Sourcing and managing influencer relationships across macro to nano tiers.
• Develop content briefs for authentic, platform-native creator content.
• Manage budgets, POs, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Define KPIs and report performance with data-led insights.
• Ensure compliance with advertising standards and disclosure rules.
