Job summary

PT Closed Loop Asia is an AI-native digital marketing agency launching soon. You will own organic social strategy and execution across brands on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, building content calendars and writing hooks in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

You’ll handle healthcare content within policies and manage communities, reporting monthly results. You will work with seasonality for travel clients, craft creative briefs, audit accounts, and develop a scalable content

Qualifications

• 3+ years running social for brands or clients with measurable results
• Real editorial judgment to assess content performance before it ships
• Daily use of AI as a working tool and ability to describe workflow in detail
• Able to hold four to six brand voices without mixing them
• Bahasa Indonesia native or fluent, strong English for client work and tooling
• Based in Bali or ready to move here before launch
• Experience in regulated categories such as healthcare, clinics, supplements or finance (nice to have)
• Hands on with AI creative tools like Higgsfield, Seedream, Midjourney, ElevenLabs or CapCut (nice to have)
• Have built a content system someone else could run, not just a calendar you personally maintain (nice to have)

PT Closed Loop Asia is an AI-native digital marketing agency. You would own organic social strategy and execution across multiple client brands including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will build content calendars across very different businesses, write hooks and copy in Bahasa Indonesia and English, handle healthcare content within regulatory guidelines, run seasonality for travel clients, write creative briefs, manage community and DM handling, and produce monthly client reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy and execution across multiple client brands (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, depending on the client)
• Build content calendars that work across very different businesses
• Write hooks and copy in Bahasa Indonesia and English, knowing which one each audience needs
• Handle healthcare content properly: engaging, but never a medical claim we cannot stand behind, never an implied guaranteed outcome, and always inside Meta's health and personal attributes policies
• Run seasonality for travel clients, including booking windows, peak season, and source markets
• Write creative briefs that explain the idea being tested, not just the deliverable
• Community management and DM handling, including escalation for clients where a public comment carries real risk
• Produce monthly client reporting on what was published, what moved, and what changes next
• Audit every organic account in the portfolio and learn the MCP tooling
• Build an angle bank across the full portfolio feeding creative and paid

About you

• 3+ years running social for brands or clients, with accounts you can point to and numbers you can explain
• Real editorial judgment to assess content performance before it ships
• Already use AI as a daily working tool and can describe your workflow in detail
• Able to hold four to six brand voices at once without bleeding them into each other
• Bahasa Indonesia native or fluent, with English strong enough for client work and English language tooling

PT Closed Loop Asia is an AI-native digital marketing agency launching at the end of September. We handle marketing end to end: pages, creative, campaigns, and conversion. Our proprietary tooling lets a small team work at agency scale. We currently run over 13 client portfolios and more than 25 campaigns a month, across healthcare, ecommerce, tour and travel, and mobile app businesses. We built an internal MCP tool that lets our team operate ad platforms by talking to Claude or ChatGPT. You would be joining as part of the first core team, reporting directly to the founder.
