Responsibilities

Lead and manage agency activities to achieve KPIs (APE, Persistency, New Agent Licensed, Active Agent).
Upgrade agency knowledge, skills, attitude and habit for higher productivity and professionalism.
Provide excellent customer/agency service within the agency office, ensuring policy compliance and proper information flow.
Uphold integrity in all responsibilities.
Execute, complete and deliver special projects initiatives from the company.
