Job summary

Panin Dai-ichi Life seeks a Business Development Manager to shape and drive growth of the life insurance business through the agency network in Batam and the Kepulauan Riau region. You will lead market expansion, build strategic partnerships, and ensure scalable, compliant sales processes.

You will mentor agents, coordinate recruitment efforts, and monitor performance while aligning onboarding, licensing, and persistency targets with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales in financial services is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of agency channel dynamics and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategies to grow the life insurance business in Batam / Kepulauan Riau.
• Analyze market potential, industry trends, and expansion opportunities.
• Build relationships with strategic partners, communities, and local organizations.
• Support in organizing and implementing recruitment activity.
• Enhance agency force productivity and quality through coaching, mentoring, and KPI monitoring.
• Foster strong relationships with agents to improve loyalty and retention.
• Conduct routine sales meetings with Leaders to discuss strategic plans and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and company policies.
• Optimize the use of company digital systems to support agency activities.
