Prudential Indonesia (PT Prudential Life Assurance) is seeking a senior actuarial leader to oversee GIECA reporting to Group Office, drive strategic actuarial projects, and mentor a growing team. The role requires extensive life-insurance actuarial experience and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, change-management capabilities, and a track record of delivering high-quality actuarial outputs on time and with clear business insights.

Formación

• 5-10+ years experience in actuarial functions with significant reporting.
• Fellow of FSAI or Associate/Fellow of international actuarial societies (FSA/FIA/FIAA).
• Strong technical actuarial skills.
• Leadership and people management capability, including coaching and development.
• Ability to drive change and improve processes and resource planning.
• Experience of operating in Life Insurance business.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Effective communicator (oral and written) and fluent in English.
• Knowledge of insurance products, cashflows and actuarial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation, review, and delivery of GIECA reporting to Group Office with high accuracy and timely delivery.
• Lead and drive strategic actuarial projects.
• Support cross-functional project initiatives to drive the company's strategic objectives.
• Provide insightful analysis of actuarial and financial results, clearly communicating key drivers, risks, opportunities, and business implications to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
