Prudential Indonesia is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager/Area Business Development Manager to lead and uplift the agency force in Jakarta. You will drive KPIs such as APE, persistency, and agent licensing while ensuring high-quality service and integrity across agency operations.

The role requires 6+ years in insurance sales/BD/training, strong communication, and English proficiency. A results-driven, target-oriented professional with excellent presentation skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 6+ years in roles like Area Sales Manager / Area Business Development Manager / Recruitment Specialist / Trainer in Insurance.
• Strong communication and personal development.
• Target oriented and sales driven.
• Business proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage agency activities to achieve KPIs: APE, Persistency, New Agent Licensed, and Active Agent.
• Upgrade Agency Knowledge, Skill, Attitude and Habit for productivity and professionalism.
• Provide excellent customer/agency service in the allocated Agency’s Office by managing information flow and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Uphold the integrity in accordance to the above responsibilities.
• Execute, complete and deliver of special projects initiatives from company.
